Nice staff but not very clean

Super & helpful staff but the room wasn’t very nice or clean and the pictures of the hotel were clearly taken after a major cleaning

Casus dream , er en liten oase på Gili

En liten oase sentralt på Gili. Opplevde personalet som blide imøtekommende , men late. De spurte oss hver dag om vi trengte noe og det fikk vi , men de var ikke innom rommene våre og kastet søppel, vasket gulv m.m. Når det er sagt så er det greit å vite at det er vanskelig å holde det rent på Gili , halve sjarmen er jo øya, med dens strender og gater .Vi hadde vannlekkasje i det ene soverommet som traff sengen og skaden så gammel ut. Bør utbedres ! Vi fikk et valg mellom to frokoster hver morgen. Syntes allikevel at vi fikk mye for pengene. Lå nærme en moskee med sine bønnerop, dette høres over alt på øya, så er det sagt. Vi skal tilbake og jeg ønsker Camilla/Susanne lykke til med sin Drøm. Casus Dream ❤️👍
