PROS: spacious comfortable room, very comfortable bed. very nice lobby and the staff is friendly. Decent breakfast although varying quality of coffee.
CONS: the pool didn’t seem so clean/appealing to swim in. The beach area of the hotel is constantly occupied by boats and very small. When asked for help to get to another island, the staff always pushed for us to book a private boat and didnt ‘seem to know’ about the other options…quite surprising given how small the island is. In the evening it gets extremely quiet and no activities planned. Luckily was able to enjoy our time in the other hotels nearby. Water coming out of the sink was muddy at times. Staff can be intrusive asking for our religion and what time we got back last night…although I think it was just being ‘friendly’.

Hi Mr Salim. Thank you for the feedback. Our pool is very clean we check PH Balance every day it is made from natural green tiles so therefore not the same effect as cement white or ceramic tiles. I am sorry you found the staff too intrusive they really are just trying their best to be friendly , this is the way of the Indonesian people to ask what we might think forward questions but I will raise it with them. The island boat services are all run by private boats this condition is out of our control. There a public boat going twice daily from the harbour so you would take the 20min walk to the harbour or take a horsecart 150,000rp and the public boat charge for foreigners 80,000rp each and it takes up to 45mins so it ends up being cheaper to take a speedboat. 99% of our guests prefer to take a 5min speedboat ride directly from our beach they were just trying to make your journey seamless. This is a very quaint villa with amazing staff that go out of their way to please. The suites are huge and designed for privacy, and the cuisine is over-the-top fabulous! We loved everything about this villa and did not want to leave!
