"The hotel ground is absolutely gorgeous. The staff is outstanding! The rooms need improvements: a lot of items we had to have it fixed after check in. They were eager to fix everything and please us. AC was weak throughout our stay. Bathtub/shower drain was very slow…rooms are very dark, gloomy. Overall is a very nice hotel. The pools, statues throughout property, restaurants all gorgeous."

"BASK...for the moment you walk in, it put a smile in your face. It was so good that we had to extend our stay. The villa, food, location & service were excellent. For what we could see, it was one of the best properties in Gili Meno. I woke up 5:30 am, get my gear and I was snorkelling at underwater statues just myself before the boats arrived 6:15 am.
