Dear Mr/s Frank,We thank you very much for taking time to share the reviews and thank you for stayed with us.With regards to your reviews, we would like to do some correction on some misleading statement on your opinions.Firstly, the facts are we always deliver our courtesy in welcoming and in servicing our guests during their stay.We have offered you daily cleaning service everyday to clean your villa but you refused our offer because you have informed us that your husband was un-well and sick therefore could not be disturbed so then we respect on your privacy and did not come inside the villa to clean as per your request. You only asked to changing the toilet paper and we do as per requested.Secondly, our staffs do not have access to go into your villa to do cleaning and also cannot switch on the swimming pool machine because the villa always locked. With regards to the pool, it needs daily circulation and also need to treatment but due to no access to come inside the villa, then we cannot dopool treatment.Third, during your stay, you did not deliver any complaints directly to us according to all the above mentioned such as cleanliness, towels, sheets and bathrooms. Surprisingly, now you rate us very low review which we did not even get your direct complaints and there was no chance for us to know your issue during your stay. If you delivered us your matter surely we would put it as our top priority and we would sort out directly to make our guests feel convenience during their stay. The villa area always taken care daily to keep it clean and we are sorry that we unclear on the words " dirty " as we always do the cleaning everydayAfter all, we appreciate on your effort to deliver your opinion.
