"We arrived at 1530, for a 1700 check in and the hotel was utter chaos. Cars everywhere on the ramp causing congestion with no way past. Eventually got into the car park and lugged all our stuff into reception by 1545. The reception area was like a zoo. Bags, skis, and people everywhere. "I’ve been stayed in a few dozens of hotels in major countries for skiing and travel. This hotel is the best in terms of overall value and convenience. I especially like the kitchen, the cleanness, good walking distance to Chamonix centre, supermarket and Brevent ski resort. I would recommend to my friends who want to come to Chamonix. "

"The property is well located on the edge of the pedestrian zone, easy access to restaurants and mountains. The room arrangements are highly unusual with a wall with two doors separating the bed area from the sofa area. The sofa itself was extremely uncomfortable - it can be converted into a bed but the minute you sit on it, the seat cushion keeps sliding out over the front edge. "Stayed for 6 nights. Location was great with easy access to the buses for skiing during the day and short walk to the town for dining and shopping at night. Staff was particularly friendly and helpful with advice and how to get around. Breakfast at the hotel was also a great way to start the day. "

Great ski hotel with amazing amenities

"Hotel is in a great location next to the central bus station and is also walking distance to downtown Chamonix. The staff was all very friendly and helpful. The hot tub, steam room, and sauna overlooking Mont Blanc was the best part of the hotel after a long day on the slopes. My only critique would be if you would like a quiet room to book a room facing the Mont Blanc side to not get noise from the bus station. Would definitely recommend and stay again! "

"I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return. It's very calm, quiet and relaxing and exceptionally clean. The Spa is really good and the location is ideal, just a short walk from town and restaurants or the train station and bus stop."
