"Nice hotel within a 15 minute walk of Queenstown. Friendly service, clean rooms and comfortable beds."

"Liked that the property was a little out of the City centre. Onsite parking. Disappointed we had to move rooms due to air conditioning noise, however resolved immediately by moving us into another room. Only disappointment other room was a little better with some things, eg. Shelf above vanity in bathroom (which was quite handy), toilet seat a bit weird, layout, first room a little bigger. Staff were very friendly, communication a little unclear before stay."

"The room was spacious and clean. The view was awesome. We like the spa tub, there was room for 4 adults and 1 child. The beds were comfortable. We used the washer/dryer (one dryer did not work well, but we managed to get our 4 loads done). We were happy we got a parking stall. There are stairs to consider though. Breakfast was good, a number of choices to choose from."
