"We booked 3 rooms for the 6 of us for a 3 night stay. The truth is the start wasn't so good, as one of the rooms was the wrong type (twin istead of King). The rooms themselves though are well sized and very comfortable. The showers are excellent and a reasonable range of variety of tv channels. The pool is excellent and was a highlight, esp for the children. The restaurant is reasonably priced and the food is pretty good. They offer great kids choices. Room service was a bit of a disaster...

"I travel together with my friends. On our way to the Volcano Ijen we slept here. We really loved the gym, the pool, the rooms and everything. To be honest: 10/10 points! First of all, the room's back door (sliding doors opening to a shared swimming pool just outside) didn't close properly -- it wouldn't close completely, always leaving a small gap in between... imagine all the little bugs and geckos that could crawl right through (it goes without saying this was actually a security hazard). In the end I switched to the room next door, but its door was only marginally better, and overall the room (especially the bathroom) was...

There is a shop across it that does general provisions and simple meals. Also went out of their way to purchase meals from outside.
