"Beautiful hotel with really big room and most comfy bed I slept in during our travels to Vietnam. Breakfast was plentiful. Beautiful swimming pool with nice views and lit up sitting areas and a pool bar. Location is a bit far from the city centre - you cannot walk it - but taxis are cheap."

"The best part was the staff eventhough they are all university students or polite youth they were amazing. We are considering making sojo our primary hotel for next time. Plus the bar area is modern and beautiful! The rooms were clean, bathrooms interesting practical layout. "

"We were made to feel so important and valued from the moment our car doors were opened to when they literally waved us off as we drove away. The front desk helped me with finding an English speaking hospital for my daughter and changing rooms to accommodate her unexpectedly joining us (she had been with friends). The buffet was perfect for us! After enjoying pho for breakfast for much of our trip, it was a wonderful treat to be able to have quality made eggs, toast and English tea. The salt water pool area was definitely the hub with guests of all ages and nationalities enjoying it. We certainly did. Be prepared for kids to be there, having fun and just being kids. If we are ever in Can Tho again, we would definitely stay there again!"

"To begin with the property just wasn't ready for guests. Work was still being done, trash was everywhere, and when there was the slightest stain on an already dirty bed cover, many people had no doubt left those stains and had to pay to "replace' them, but they were used over and over. The advertisement said AIR CONDITIONING but the room we booked had AC in only the bedroom. The large smart YV was in a living room with hard wooden chairs, nit cushioned like the photos. Who puts a large tv in a non air conditioned room with wooden chairs? An idiot or a liar, thats who! They argued every single point and as an example, before even trying to wash a towel, wanted to bill me to wash it. The same with the bed cover. It was very simply a scam in the midddle of a beautiful environment. The staff when i tried to leave, because i am not Vietnamese, told the cab driver not to take me. So before they even washed any items, they wanted to be paid. They had 2 cards on file, and still it was 6 of them and one of me. Ine man, the rest women. Finally my partner paid them but i assured them just like im writing this, Expedia will not pay them for the bait and switch routine. Avoid the place like the plague. Low customer service and the staff all haggling behind the management back to get paid to clean or do laundry. NOT A SINGLE HONEST PERSON there except for the night security "
