"The room was adequate, there was only warmish water, not hot, but the staff were all friendly and helpful. The Nepali food in the restaurant was good and it is a pleasant setting. However, the only issue faced was the very low connectivity issue of mobile network NCELL. if you planning to make lot of calls during your stay then be careful in choosing room. Otherwise the hotel wi-fi has a nice decent speed. "

"Initially, we were sent to an older part of the hotel, where the bathroom towel rack was falling, then after we came back from linch and some sightseeing noticed the front desk had been trying to contact me and offered us an upgrade, which they said was where we should’ve been sent to in the first place. Got moved to the newest area of hotels with better room and amenities. So, I could give them one less star but will give the and excellent experience for making the correction. "
