"Located close to city centre and to tram stop. Very helpful young desk staff. Everything works. Comfortable bed and good simple continental breakfast (though neither quite up to Premier Inn standard). Excellent shower. One criticism: room design should make better use of space. There's a real lack of shelving; a couple staying for a week has to live out of a suitcase."

"Very pleasant stay! We had one issue with a leaky shower - this was either due to faulty design or a slow drain. We spoke with the host in at the reception desk - very friendly, and they gave us extra towels, though it wasn't something they could fix right away. Generally, a very sweet place - an easy walk to everywhere."

"The hotel was in the heart of the old town with dedicated parking. Everything was 4-star, lobby, 2 story bar with views, clean and modern room. We would definitely stay here again!"
