Perfect location, difficult parking, wonderful hotel and wonderful staff

Our hotel does provide a private secured indoor parking, though spaces are limited and we recommend guests reserve through our website. In the event our parking is full, we suggest the nearby public parking “Vrijdagmarkt.”Nonetheless, your commendation of our prime location in the heart of Gent, just 350 meters from St Bavo's Cathedral, is greatly appreciated. Hotel is ideally situated to explore Gent. Rooms were large and spacious and the hotel accommodated our request for quiet rooms. The staff were very helpful and I’d recommend to anyone wanting a hotel in the centre of the city.

The staff we were wonderful - they responded to an advance email requesting a walk in shower immediately.Room very comfortable & spotless with good bed & then excelled themselves as when I got to train station to leave I realized my phone had slipped out of my pocket in back of cab. On it were my Eurostar tickets & all personal & banking stuff - I called the hotel who immediately called the cab company & alerted the driver who found the phone & brought it back to station - disaster averted - I couldn’t praise them enough nothing to much trouble - outstanding service in great stay

Hotel is near trams and bus stops. Walkable to many tourist attraction and restaurants. Best with family too.

The soundproofing is very bad, since the keys are physical and the doors slam shut automatically, the place is very loud. It’s not for light sleepers. And wifi signal is very poor and keeps shutting off. I don’t recommend

Thus was our favorite place to stay out of the 6 total hotels on our trip. Excellent service and Ghent is an amazing area. 10/10
