The room was inadequately serviced with requisites.
The request to combine the twin beds was ignored until late evening
The shower taps are not earthed properly and transmitted electric shocks during showering - potentially dangerous

Bar servicd and dinner was great, room comfortable but not spotless, gardens unkept, a number of simple issues can be addressed to make this a great stopover for campers and tourists

I stayed here twice. I loved seeing the lions nearby. The restaurant is fairly good, but service is very slow. Order dinner 1-2 hours prior to when you want to eat. Rooms are spare with spartan bathrooms.
I booked through Expedia and prepaid for lodging. When I checked out, I was charged again for the lodging. Repeated calls were made to the Lodge to get them to acknowledge their error. I asked to have the charges for lodging reversed but they wouldn't do it. I finally had to dispute the credit card charge when I got home. There may be better choices for lodging in the Ghanzi area.
