"I had a fantastic time at Ibis Getafe. The hotel is only a ten minute walk to the metro/train station into the city centre. Local amenities like shopping centre and restaurants also in close proximity. The service at the hotel was also excellent. The breakfast is very good as well. I would recommend to anyone looking to visit Madrid to stay at the ibis Getafe. "

"Visiting from Connecticut, USA. The best part of my stay was the staff. Miguel at the Front Desk was excellent. Very friendly and helpful. He went above and beyond to accommodate us. Ary and Lola at the dining area were great. The hotel needs update on the key lock and other amenities. I will give the 5 star for the nice staff they have, and for the cleaness. Not so much for the hotel appearance. "

"Hotel has a unique location facing the royal palace. It's in easy walking distance to the most important sights:palace, island park,parterre park, plazas,san antonio church,etc. Lots of restaurant nearby. Highly recommend hotel's breakfast. The libby bar is cozy and nice. We got an upgrade into a suite,with wonderful palace view! The rooms are very well equiped with everything we need. The shower is nice. The rooms are really quiey. "A very pleasant one night stay on the journey from Santander to the Costa Blanca. Hotel was modern, clean and well located next to retail park with lots of eating options. Breakfast was very good and the complimentary bottle of carva on arrival was a very nice touch. Would certainly stay again on a similar journey and would highly recommend to others."
