Convenience location and good for families
The hotel was larger than what I expected. I was told there were limited time to check in, if I missed the time I might need to check in the next day, so I thought the hotel was very small. But it was a bit complicate to change elevators to locate the restaurants and different onsens. There were free parking and the parking lot was quite close to the hotel building.

Bon séjour, bonne hôtel
Les plus belles chambres et vu, de mon periples (chambre tout en haut.) Aller vous promener dans la ville c'est tres traditionel pas historique sauf les temples mais traditionel. Il y'a un stamp dans un petite hotel de priere a 10 15mn de l'hôtel pas du cot6de la gare mais de l'autre côté en restant sur la route la plus proche de l'eau.

我是住別館的，整體服務和設施都很好，性價比超高，早餐超豐富房間好乾淨，只是枕頭一個太軟一個太硬，冷氣調了弱風都有聲，因為是自動所以一陣靜一陣嘈，所以不能熟睡。

很開心能住在這裡 地點不錯 房間乾淨 雖然小了一點感覺很新 有大陽台還幸運的看到十分鐘煙火 讚

很失望
從一開始抵達飯店，接駁車司機的態度令人無言，不僅沒有拿著牌子告知位置，而是把牌子放在旁邊自己在車站裡面休息，還跟旅客報錯時間，12點半發車卻說成1點半發車，可能是英文不好但可以準備個告示牌做告知。
抵達飯店後沒有服務人員在櫃檯，叫了很多次才有人緩緩走出，態度不太好，即使我們用日文簡單的溝通也都愛理不理，等到後來有位會說中文的服務人員出來才跟我們詳細解釋!
進到房間後，房間內的備品都沒有準備好，打電話過去後才快點來補齊!
這次有訂了晚餐，但是晚餐是固定的也沒有地方告知，當下有跟服務人員說我們有人不能吃牛肉，服務人員說他會處理，但等了20分鐘後卻過來說沒有辦法更改了，但就不知道為何需要等這麼久才告知，因為當下只有3桌客人。
這次住宿費用是挺高的，晚餐費用也非常昂貴，但整體來說感覺非常差!
溫泉和會說中文的服務人員是這次的好
但晚餐與服務態度令人髮指!

リバービューの部屋なのに全く川が見えない
リバービューの部屋で、川が木に隠れて見えません。フロントに苦情を入れても、まだ午後3時過ぎなのに他の部屋はチェックイン済みと言われてしまいました。ホテルのスタッフも不誠実な対応に終始し、大変不満足です。こんなホテル、もう一生来ません。

部屋もお風呂も清潔で満足でした。温泉も予想に違わずきれいなアルカリ泉で大変満足しました。ただ、部屋からお風呂までの道筋が複雑でちょっと注意が必要でした。

A bit disappointed. The annex room balcony doesn't have any chairs like photos on website, so it's a bare balcony. Worse still, the hotel doesn't offer any 2-meal plan for single traveler even if I'd be happy to pay more for adding dinner.

別館に泊まりましたが、新しく快適でした。大浴場はどちらも良かったですが、「薬師の湯」の方がより清潔感があり快適でした。お食事は美味しかったのですが、順番がお品書きと違っおり不思議でした。しかし総じて良いホテルだと思います。

전체적으로 매우큰 온천호텔임. 일본 3대 온천 답게 물이 굉장히 좋고, 호텔 주변의 분위기도 좋음. 하지만 규모가 큰 호텔인 만큼 부분부분 미흡한 곳도 있어서 살짝 아쉬움이 남음

快適な部屋と温泉
部屋は新しく清潔で機能的。川も真正面に見え、川の流れの音が心地よく、とても快適でした。また、温泉も素晴らしく、肌がツルツルになりました。ただ、送迎バス（別のホテル経由でかなり待たされた）やチェックインでの対応（おすすめの飲食店を聞いたら、居酒屋しかこの辺にはないと言われた）や朝食の混雑など、サービスでは改善の余地ありだと思いました。

綺麗な宿
洋室ツインルームに宿泊しました。
ゆらぎはアネックスですが、雨に濡れずに本館の温泉にアクセスできます。お部屋もとても綺麗で、バルコニーでゆったりできて快適でした。
温泉は3カ所あり、リニューアルした温泉としていない温泉の差があるものの、素晴らしかったです。
朝食は種類がたくさんあり満足しました。

sehr schönes Hotel in Bahnhofsnähe
Check-in und out lief schnell und ohne Probleme. Es ist ein sehr schönes Hotel, was man bereits in der Empfangshalle merkt.
Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, groß und mit Balkon. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte einwandfrei und lässt sich bei Bedarf abschalten.
Neben dem öffentlichen Onsen gibt es auch private (4320 Yen für 45 Minuten) im Hotel.
Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist gut!
Takayama erreicht man mit der Bahn in weniger als einer Stunde.
