We had a wonderful restful stay. The service was excellent the location just what we were looking for. Great views. We would stay again.

Hello,reception closes at 9.30pm and opens from 6.30am during those times any issues can be handled by security. Their number is located all-around the hotel.

Very clean. Comfortable and convenient to walk to shops and food outlets. Parking on premises was a little tight and limited.

Pokey Little Car Park. Not enough Parking and had to leave our car out in the Street and walk back to hotel.
Tried to upgrade to a Balcony Room Upstairs and were given the rediculous Excuse it was not available because our 15 year old Son was too young.
They kept us down in the Dungeon type Room with ugly car park views and charged us a rediculous $275 /night for our pokey Little room with no ceiling fan in the Tiny Bathroom

Hello,yes, as per all booking platforms twin rooms which you booked for 3 people do not have balconies, NO excuses made by me which you mention in one of your reviews, the car park is what it is and that is out of my control, the hotel has a major internal fan system not individual

Great view from room. Facilities were pretty good though a microwave would have been nice. Bathroom a little small but workable.
