The hotel is very close to the Georgetown market square shops and restaurants and the grounds are well maintained and not run down at all. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The reason I rated it good overall and not excellent was the king bed was very hard and uncomfortable. We like a firm bed, but this was hard.

The elevator is a little sketchy. The rooms need a remodel. But everything was very clean, and staff was so kind

The facility was clean, quiet and convenient to a function we were attending. The beds were very comfortable and we had adequate pillows. The staff was very efficient and respectful.
