Room was not swept. Tables and counters were not wiped and bathroom was not clean and there was no additional tissue in bathroom, had to go down and ask for bath tissue along with face rag and towel. Bathroom had dirty used soap in the tub area and tub had ring around it..

I’m ask for cleaning every day and never cleaning and smells really bad

Thank you for taking time to review. We do not give service everyday. But if you are staying weekly then on 3rd we give service. This is our policy. But if guest ask for service we do. Gives us another chance to serve you better.

It was quiet, but bedding was horrible. My bed had a cheese puff on the sheet after pulling back the cover. I told staff and she said most likely the bedding was never changed. The air conditioner was hardly working and the outside had trash debris.

We had no complaint about air conditioning past several months. May be the setting is not properly done. The beds are new. Yes we do not wash coverlet for every checkouts. But should be cleaned. I will look into this and fix it.

Worst Stay Ever!!!

Filthy disgusting dirty room. Nothing works as it should. From the worn out mattress to the mini fridge that is packed in ice to the tv channels in snow miserable experience. Worst hotel ever. Not to mention room smells dirty and stale smoke. Nasty hotel that should be demolished.

Roach infested, mildew smell, damp moist floors bedding damp and dirty this motel is a health hazard

I’ve stayed in many places logging communities coal mining communities oceanfront this ranks second worst place I stayed at place with disgusting fingerprints all over place. Some kind of funny sticky stuff laying around handprints on headboard smell like dirt not like dirty bedding, but like earth dirt like nasty Mild never stay again

However you did not complained anything about these during your stay and checked out a day early. Expedia called and did not say anything about your experience. We refunded you second night.
