It was situated well within certain places to get things such as Cold Storage and a lot of eateries nearby as well.
There is no common dustbin to throw the rubbish away. Adding to that, since it is a studio meaning there is no room at all. everything is open concept, i guess the owner could have invested in either blinds or a curtain or even a sliding door to partition the king size bed area. This is to give privacy for couples who comes with their kids. That one was really something the owner of the property could have thought about.

Disgusting service
Posted 24 Jul 2019 on HotelsFirst of all they didn’t provide us with our desired home. Then they offered another room with disgusting service. Master bedrooms bathroom had stinky smell of urine secondly their kitchen had left over food of before party. They didn’t provide us with clean house or clean service. They didn’t clean our house before even giving us the key and asked us to leave before time so that they can clean it for others. Their WiFi connection was worst as well. This is an honest review of an honest customer.

We would wish to clarify the whole situation, the guests request to check in earlier at 1.30pm and the cleaning was not yet done hence we gave the guests the option to leave the luggage in the unit, but the guests want to rest in the unit.
It is unfair to penalize us as the unit was initially not ready but we allow the guests to enter earlier.
We do not expect this harsh and insensible review given our good gesture to allow them to check in earlier.
Our checked the wifi and is working ( wifi bill is on auto billing, so the connection is always on).
Lastly, the guests booked studio unit however the guests thought is a three bedroom unit, we communicate and screenshot his reservation and send to him for him to see that he indeed booked studio unit. I hope this guests can paint an honest picture instead of biased review to jeopardize small short term rental operator. thank you

Irresponsible management
Posted 14 Jun 2019 on HotelsThe manager is a irresponsible person. Text him 2weeks before my booking and he took days to reply. Text him again before my flight, informing him that i will be arriving around evening time. No reply from him. When reach location, text and called many times, no reply or call back from him till my tour guide helped to call him than he picked up the call. No apologies from him and he just push my booking to another manager to settle. The second management again pushed to another staff to settle. I had to keep calling to check how can I check-in. It took almost 1 hour than the staff pass me the key to check in. Such poor management in handling bookings. No basic courtesy to reply messages and irresponsible management..
STRONGLY WILL NOT RECOMMEND this place to other people so that people will not suffer the same situation as mine.

We like the 3 bedrooms unit.
Would be better if we get daily clean towels.
TV was working on first day but didn't after next.
In the whoke was ok.

We have fix the Internet TV, we have also just add in Astro ( satelite TV) for our guests entertainment. :)
