The hotel was very nice and in a central location. The room was lovely BUT I didn’t get much sleep as it was very noisy. I was in a room which had an adjoining door - no soundproofing at all with the room next door. It sounded like the family staying there were in my actual room it was so loud. If you come to stay, ask for a room without an adjoining door!

It's well maintained, and is close to Kamtar, George Town, 1st Avenue Shopping Mall and plenty of eateries around; and can easily access further away by Grab. I like its reasonable good size swimming pool. Buffet breakfast is a delight with plenty of selection. Room is spacious and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Furniture begining to show wear. Safe not working. Manager/tech had to come up to room to fix safe. Friend’s room also had issues with safe.
We liked that the room had many outlets to plug devices in

Outstanding service by all staff from front desk, eateries and housekeeping. Meals were of a high standard, tasty and well presented.
