Utterly appalling reservation receptionist phone service. Rang twice and put in hold for er leading to non-confirmation of my hotel reservation. Yet they taken out money from my credit card! Unreliable, highly not recommended to book anything at this hotel. Poor hotel staff training! Horrible experience!

Housekeeping need to be improved. Therr are stain on pillow and bed sheet. Toilet roll not available. Didnt generate the receipt while i pay at property.

Room was spacious and convenient for small family. Beach right beside hotel allows my family to go to beach anytime easily.

Good staff in the bar and housekeeping Other areas need more attention restaurant in particular Limited food choices. But lots of places to eat outside in walking distance. Beach in front of hotel good but could do with some more sunbeds and Matt's. Enjoyed the stay and would return with managed expectations

Room was decent size. Great staff. Limited dining options around the hotel.

Lack of room amenities

Room consider clean and comfort, outdoor parking are limited but hotel have indoor parking next to the building. One of the point like to share is lack of room amenities. The superior room (road view) do not have bathmat, no hand tower (but provide face tower) which i think are essential.
