The bed gave me bruises by sleeping in it. No amount of alcohol could have made me able to sleep on this slab of concrete. Also I was not told that I wasn't staying on the beach.. and there was an woman at splash that just didn't like life and it showed.

The beach room options are more in price in comparison. If you had brought this to the attention of our front desk they would be happy to work with you on upgrading your stay to your more preferable option.We are sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your bed, we don't usually receive any complaints of our bed arrangements. It would be beneficial for guests in the future to advise our front desk staff if you are feeling uncomfortable with your bedding arrangements as we cannot work to make you feel more at ease if we are unaware of your current condition. We have our staff go around asking how your stay is going, this would be an ideal time to advise us of your concerns so we can work to rectify them. We can't say enough good things about our stay at Hideaways! I was concerned that I picked the right island, and the right resort for our first time in the Caribbean. If we had to do it all over again, we would gladly pick Hideaways in Exuma for sure. We loved the free shuttle into town, the two great beaches within walking distance, the pool, onsite restaurant, along with others within walking distance. The staff is so welcoming, and helpful. There are so many other perks like free kayaks, swim fins beach towels...
We love to snorkel, and the beach right in front the resort has a row of huge rocks that the fish and turtles love. Gorgeous!!!

The property is very clean organized right next to the beach. But there’s only one restaurant and it’s really very crowded. SERVICE is very slow. I wish there was more stuff around.

Great beach and pool and the staff were lovely. Very limited dining for a vegetarian !
