For safety, Suggest fixing handrails in the bathroom and shower room
Also provide plastic non slippery bath mat in the shower room

A bit noisy for our taste. Enjoyed the proximity to Penang National Park, Escape, and Entopia.

Potentially could be better.
Posted 11 Mar 2024 on HotelsThe Hard Rock hotel Penang is starting to show its age. Overall is a good hotel that needs a lot of maintenance in the rooms and swimming pool. Staff were brilliant and with the exception of breakfast was really good. Breakfast tends to cater more for Asian guests, beef bacon or turkey ham just doesn’t cut it.
