The only attraction is the pool but too many kids playing in the pool during weekends making it impossible to swim laps. Also too many people in the cafeteria during breakfast and services [food refill] are slow.

1) Very limited parking. 2) Breakfast - very lousy, food not refilled and staff is very slow and not friendly. Staff needs training. 3) Charge me rm5/bottle when i requested water for my room. 4) Lift service is very slow. very long wait. Overall comment, a lot of improvement needed especially for the staff.

I can’t recommend this facility too highly, I am a frequent traveller and expect to be taken care of when I pay. Everything I requested was supplied without delay. Pretty close to 10 out of 10. Oh, the bed was amazing. Thanks Flamingo I will be back.

Relaxing stay at Flamingo

Seaview rooms makes it a worthwhile stay and a beach front that’s attached to the hotel is a game changer. Near to local food offerings thus not having to go to town for meals makes for a relaxing vacation. Pool is sizeable though it's cleaning hours from 11 to 12pm was annoying but understandable due to fully clothed families using the pool thus cleaning up is necessary for other serious swimmers. Special note to reception staff who gave impeccable service, especially the hotel Duty Manager Amirul. Worth a repeat visit.

Hotel has extremely helpful, friendly staff especially its reception personnel. Of worthy mention would be the Duty Manager Amirul. Room with seaview and a beachfront are invaluable assets of this hotel too.
