Lovely room with nice view from the balcony, pool area was excellent! Breakfast buffet was great, nice location walking distance to markets, restaurants and there is deli on the same floor as breakfast area

They allow 2 water no face cloth you have to pay not going back

Enjoyed my stay there. A lot of makan places around d area. Next to d beach where one can partake in activities like parasailing, ‘banana boat’ing, horse riding. But it’s located far from d airport n d winding roads can b quite a bother for some, n worse if it’s during peak hours.

Bar fridge was frozen and worked very poorly,was charged 10 rmb for bucket ice to chill drinks.matress was very firm.basic maintaince was lacking in many areas,pool,room,fixtures and window cleaning in foyer was in dire need of cleaning.staff at entrance were constantly on their phones.harry in the bar was the shining light very friendly and great customer service .air con worked great in room.very private and quite in room.

Bayview is a nice hotel staff very nice and helpfull plenty of restaurants around just a short walk from hotel and while I did not use the bus, bus stop just outside the hotel and the buses come by every 15 minutes. The bathrooms need a make over for sure but that would not stop me from coming back to enjoy another holiday

Not worth the money

Because this was a getaway close to where we live we arranged for a early checkin and arrived at 1 pm They said our room was not ready and they would phone when the room was ready and to sit by the swimming pool in the heat. I phoned reception at 2 pm to be told it still was not ready and then went to the reception at 2:45. The girl could not find that we had checked in and could not find any paperwork She then rushed around and found us a room and gave us the key cards When we arrived to our room, they were only then putting the requested mattress topper on our bed. We found the whole process very unprofessional and no responsibility taken for their lack of organisation For the price that they charge for a basic room, you are better off paying the extra and staying down the road at the more up market hotels. The so-called swim up pool bar is closed and will not open again in the near future. And the garden bar that is supposed to be open until 7 pm closed at 6:40 and would not serve a drink because they shut the Cash registers down.
