While the location is nice, and the property itself has a lot of potential, the experience was disappointing due to a lack of basic services and communication issues. "located in downtown KulaLampoor, convenient for everythig.The breakfast was good, dining room was clean and the food had variety. I liked the Late coffee & I had 3 cups everyday. We could order the dinner menu and they prepared it soon. The service desk was very helpful, our room phone was inoperative, but the service desk person came up to our room and woke us up in time for the taxi. I recommend anyone to stay at this Holiday Inn. "Amazing service, great concierge services. Ajit was amazing in coordinating tours and directing us to have a great time in KL, during our couple of days visit. Room was spacious, bathroom and amenities were great. View from 43 floor was breathtaking. Breakfast was crazy, too many options to even mention and definitely impossible to try. Highly recommend it.
