Nice view from the balcony. Property is fairly cleaned with such high humidity environments at Genting Highlands, but have a bit smell in the building corridor and first entered the room.

Everything is perfect especially with the customer service via WhatsApp. Only problem I had was the toilet smell, probably due to drain pipe.

The view from the balcony is beautiful, able to see the mist, clouds and mountain. The room is very spacious we didn't even need the living room actually. The hotel staff responds very fast through whatsapp, it is very easy to book the shuttle bus through whatsapp and front desk which is especially helpful since getting a grab to this hotel is very difficult. However on the 2nd night our door lock ran out of battery so we couldn't go out because the door couldn't be locked. The corridor can be pretty eerie at night too since we were the only ones staying on the level. The lights were also sensor-based so it took quite a while to detect movement and in the meantime you will be surrounded by darkness.

Thank you for feedback. Our suites are located at above 30th floor of the tower. Check in and check out is via contactless process.

The room (31st floor) came with an amazing view. Room was clean when we check in.

I was given a mountain view room from the resort but faced a construction instead. Every morning I'm given a "morning call" by the contstruction works going on that lasted throughout the rest of the day.
