A Highland Surprise.
Posted 16 Oct 2023 on HotelsWe were overwhelmed by the lenghths to which the staff accommodated our needs to be in different parts of the overall resort at different times. Because most of the major hotels and attractions are interconnected with undercover links and escalators, walking from one to another was relatively easy on such a steep location.

Poor customer service with sometimes rude behaving receptionist. Room is not clean.
