"Very large apartment, clean in a great location. Minimal equipped kitchen could have use a few more cooking pots and pans. Location faces onto the very busy piazza. With no AC and the windows open it was quite noisy late into the night and very early in the morning. Check-in instructions need improvement. Lock box was impossible to find. We arrived after 8 pm and it was too late to find another place but left after the first night. The property management didn't communicate the ongoing renovation and is refusing to refund the booking. Very dishonest management. Pictures and audio/video available to validate this review."

"This was a very nice little stay for my family of 5. We got in REALLY late and had issues opening the door. I called and got an answer right away. The wifi puck wouldn't hold a charge, so the wifi was spotty but other than that it was perfect. I should mention that I didn't call or email about the wifi so I can't speak to their responsivness on that. I assume it would have been fixed if I'd reached out. It just wasn't that important to me. The AC is AMAZING! I will book again when I come back...

"Hotel's location near city center made our stay very convenient. We were on our way back from Italy to France and needed a stay for one day and night. We're glad we chose this hotel.
