Horrible entry no direct entry to reception dirty cloths like from towels to bed sheets pillow covers they stink even after asking to replace it multiple times elevator was out of order so we had to take our suit cases (4 full sized ones) up 4 flights of stairs there were no toiletries in the bathroom and when it came time for breakfast the elevators were full and it took over 15 minutes for one to arrive with enough space for my family of 3 the breakfast is very alright not many options and horrible beverages never stay here

Daniel was extremely helpful and professional. The hotel is clean but somewhat tired. Worked well for our short stay.

My room was covered in mold spores. Switched to another room. Overall the property is very dated. Limited bus service to the city. Easy access to the airport. Wouldn’t stay again.

This is an old, tired hotel that has not been kept up. It is functional but the only thing it really has going for it is its excellent proximity to the airport and train station.

Pleasantly surprised!
Posted 11 Oct 2024 on HotelsAfter reading all the bad reviews, I was pleasantly surprised. Yes, the building is older, but is still in good functioning shape. Despite some dent marks on the walls, all three elevators were working. Our room on the 11th floor was clean and roomy. No cigarette smell and the carpet was relatively new. The bathroom has marble(?) countertop and floor tiles. Looks elegant but the grouts in-between do need cleaning/resurfacing.
The front desk was very helpful. Since a room was available, we were able to check-in around 11 am to drop off our luggage.
With its proximity to the airport, we were able to take Volabus (24-hr Pass for 10 Euro) to and from the City Center for our sightseeing. Inexpensive and convenient.
Also perfect for an early airline flight.
Did not try the restaurant, so no comment.
I will definitely stay at Tower Genova Airport Hotel if I were to visit Genoa again.
