More bilingual staff required, esp English speaking. Staff should assist by giving clear directions into the city area. We lost out on seeing this beautiful city as we went the wrong direction and it was too late to fathom out where we were. Handing the map over to you without précis directions is of no use as everything is written in Italian.

The hotel enjoys a strategic location right next to Brignole station. Staff keep charging for non chargeable items even room service they want to change but I rejected

Excellent staff service. Very poor and old property. Very much like Motel not Hotel ! Sorry 😞

Fresh room clean linen and roof done perfect only Room that are deluxe room. Service is fine! Staff is friendly and easy check in. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
