Exceptionally friendly and helpful hotel staff, really made a difference. We had a room with a window overseeing building’s pipes and cables, no daylight - so that’s the only negative, but can work for one night stays, especially that the hotel is in a great location. Would go again, but to a room with a window.

Good location in relation to the train station Genova Brignole. Minutes to the main street with plenty of food options. Good place to stay the night with a partner but not large enough to accommodate a family with kids. Comparable to a nice hostel. Overall the room was clean and quiet. Safe neighborhood.

Beds and pillows were amazing! Guiseppe at front desk super helpful. Just a quick overnight stay but surprisingly ckean and comfortable

Cons: Upgrade bathrooms & plumbing
The location is great - it's really close to good shopping, restaurants, the train station and nearby parking. The area is very nice.
The room was a good size - nice and modern however the bathroom was a letdown: the plumbing and the toilet were noisy, and you could really hear your neighbors whenever they showered and flushed. Also the toilet water turned brown when I turned on the shower, which was gross.
But apart from the bathroom everything else was good.
