Property was excellent inside everything you need for a family and clean. Only 50 metres from the red light district so go the right way on the way out. There is only a lift from 2nd floor up so tricky with kids. We were told we could leave bags at office on last day and tried to request this a week before and 2 days before leaving but were then told this wasnt offered. Get what you pay for I guess, good inside but bad outside. Good for families if you can deal with the problems above.

Spotty electricity,

Washer yes, but didn't spin hard enough to slightly dry clothes and it wasn't a full load. No dryer; but dryer racks were provided. I planned on doing laundry for our family of 5. We packed lighter than usual, and this was our 3rd country and needed to do all laundry. Electricity kept going out, when blow dryer used and sometimes when it wasn't. Which it did state that if too many appliances used Electricity will shut off. Apartment was clean and updated recently. Nervous of neighborhood with security with multple locks on the outer door / inside door had a four soild lock system. Maybe that's common because of location, central to stores and near aquarium. Communication was good because I had to call an figure out address, it's difficult to find at night in the winding alley ways.

It was difficult to find the property and how to access it. The elevator is out of service which made it difficult to bring luggage up to the third floor.

The location is great but we had a car, and the closest 24 hour lot is an 8 minute walk with luggage and pricey even with discount. Apartment is on the 3rd floor with no lift access. The apartment itself was clean with the huge exception of a wall of mildew in the shower and a broken toilet seat. The mildew was communicated to the owner, who did not reply. The apartment is comfortable although television reception was poor. Because of the lack of transparency and inconveniences, I would not recommend this property.

Apartamento muito bom

Minha estadia foi muito boa, principalmente no que diz respeito ao atendimento. Sempre que eu tinha alguma dúvida, era prontamente respondido. Inclusive, me permitiram fazer o check-in antecipado sem custo adicional, o que foi um diferencial. A localização também é excelente — tudo muito próximo, dá para fazer tudo a pé. Como ponto de atenção, recomendo ao proprietário que verifique a instalação elétrica do imóvel. Tenho experiência com vários imóveis e percebi que há algo fora do padrão: ao ligar o forno e o chuveiro ao mesmo tempo, o disjuntor desarmou. Isso geralmente indica que o quadro ou a capacidade dos disjuntores não está adequada. Além disso, vale destacar que o apartamento fica no terceiro andar e o acesso é por escadas. Para quem viaja com muitas malas, como eu, é bom se preparar.
