The location of the hotel is perfect to explore the center of Genoa. The welcome by the staff was lovely and the room comfortable.

This quaint property was in a good location and served a nice breakfast, nothing fancy. We enjoyed the use of the breakfast room in the afternoons for reading and a coffee. Staff very polite.
The room was noisy and the lights from the street came in through the bathroom window. Nevertheless, we were able to sleep.

I had a lovely stay here, the staff were so friendly and helpful. It was also a great location. I’d stay here again if I get back to Genoa.

The staff at the hotel were very helpful and knowledable. The bathrooms had been recently renovated so they were nice and clean. Only drawback was the flight of stairs you have to climb with your suitcase just to get into the hotel lobby. Also it was hard to find dinning nearby as most places were closed when we were there.

A great location for our last 2 nights in Italy.
The staff were helpful and friendly, even going as far as to pop a postcard in the postbox on their way home after finishing work.
The hairdryer in the room scores 10/10 for no need to keep a thumb on the power switch, a decent nozzle and a cold blow setting.
Free coffee, cake and pastries in the afternoon until the evening - a fabulous added extra bonus.
Breakfast worked very well for us including yoghurt, fruit and meats plus cheese.
The light in the walk-in wardrobe didn't appear to work in our room, but that was the only niggle.
A good sized room and we liked the view over the narrow alleyway from our window.
A bathroom window which opened too, perfect!
Highly recommended and would definitely return if we come back to Genova in the future.

The location was perfect for our stay. Lots of shopping in the area and excellent dinner options. The option breakfast menu was simple and had something for everyone. Definitely great value and be sure to try their cappuccino included at breakfast.
