We stayed 5 days. Great, friendly, helpful staff. Adequate room, not quite enough shampoo, and the body wash was minimal and unpleasantly perfumed. Breakfast buffet was very good. The hotel was a nice walking distance to the old town and to Lake Geneva, which is beautiful. But the excellent and accommodating staff outweighed the drawbacks.

The hotel is fantastic. The breakfast was good and area was nice. If you like your room cool, the ac isn't that cool so ask for a room fan...makes a world of difference!
