Can’t say anything but super positive things about this hotel and the staff too. Super clean, modern, comfortable, it has everything shopping with the perfect location for central Geneva.
Big shout out to David who went out of his way to do everything possible to make our stay special.

Great location - lack of facilities and difficult bed position where your sleeping partner had to crawl over the top of you to get to the bathroom was not ideal. The lack of no tea or coffee making facilities in your room is also not great when you like a drink at bedtime or when you wake up. Also the experience of obtaining the room and keys for the room did not go smoothly for us and wasn’t appreciated after a long and late journey.

We thought long and hard about the provision of kettles in the room but ultimately felt that today's mobile citizen look for a barista-style cappuccino over an instant one. This was a worldwide decision since we opened our hotels more than 10 years ago.
