I just wished there had been a bidet in the bathroom and that there had been a sort of division on the floor between the shower area and the toilet. Other than that, I had a pleasant experience.

Comfortable, Clean, friendly place to stay

Pros: Professional, and friendly staff, clean and well managed, very relaxing if you get a quiet room
Cons: would highly recommend a drinks vending machine put in where guests have a very early departure. WiFi could be more reliable
Location: A few local shops nearby but its a 10 min trike (30 peso or a taxi about double but would recommend ) to the nearest mall which are of good standard.
Stayed here for a week, atmosphere is very relaxed with reasonable amenities in the hotel itself, situated near a busy road, it was always nice to come inside for some R&R and the security staff where always on the ball. Room had a good layout, bathroom was very clean and bed was comfortable, plenty of TV channels to view. A/C worked very well and was very quiet when set to low fan mode. One problem was, even though on the 4th floor, we were situated on the corner of the building overlooking residential property where the local dogs seemed to have a "Bark-Off" at 5am every morning. While the hotel cannot really control this it does have an impact on the stay and coming from the UK where noise pollution is taken seriously, it did have a negative effect. Hotel itself had a nice busy feel about it with regular events taking place in the conference rooms on the ground floor and the garden well away from guest rooms. Dining is good with quite a big menu and cooked to choice. All the staff were always helpful and friendly (especially "Faith") without being overbearing and English ability from adequate to very good.
