The only thing they claim they have laundry in there amenities but it is only ironing for a fee a little misleading, they did not have machines so you can do your laundry, but otherwise everything was great. "It was great! One area of improvement if they let us check in earlier than 1 pm if the property is ready. They do that at hotels. Also it would be nice to provide you with printed materials about major attractions in the city and how to get around. The best thing I found out by myself is the hop on hop double decker yellow bus that has a stop at Distrito Arcos, 5 minutes walk from the property. They also have a fabulous zoo 20 minutes walking distance. "

"We had a great stay for nearly a week and thought it was great value. The room was very comfortable and we enjoyed both the rooftop pool and included breakfast. Buenos Aires is very spread out - so on the one hand this hotel is central to everything but also not super close to much. It was walkable but we found most things we wanted to see as first timers to the city were about 30-40mins walk away.
