Despite indicating on my booking that i would be arriving at 4-5am on 28 Dec and i booked the room from 27 - 28 Dec, i was asked by the front desk staff that I needed to pay for 2 days, which was 27-28 Dec and 28 - 29 Dec. In actual fact i did only stay for 4 hours there, on 28 Dec from 7am to 1pm. I was very upset.

Dear Wong, Happy new year! Your booking date was check-in Dec 27 (2 pm) and check out on Dec 28 (12 pm) and your remark indicated check-in time is 4-5 am on Dec 28. Due to your check-in time passed the advised time and our hotel system night audit time (6:45 am for previous day sales), our staff thought there was a No-Show case. After night audit staff could not perform the check-in on your original booking. Hence, we still checked you in without paying because of the technical cut-off date issue. We tried our best and regret you are upset.
