Was a bit nervous reading some of the reviews for this place and I should have listened.
The apartment was clean and is in decent location. However the apartment I was in (10) the air conditioning was broke and the windows did not open which made the room unpleasant, hot and stuffy. Tried to get it sorted but the apartment owners are a nightmare to contact. I sent two messages in the app with no response, rang several times and no answer. I then had to contact Expedia for help who agreed to move me as they tried to contact the apartment 10 times and got no answer.

Good morning,In response to your opinion, we would like to correct a few things.The room you have booked is the only room in our facility that does not have openable windows (due to the lack of consent from the conservator to install an openable window) and has air conditioning. Two telephone numbers to contact the reception are included in the correspondence. We have not received any reports of any problems with the air conditioning. We are very sorry but no one contacted us.Your e-mail reached us after some time. Recently, there has been a problem with transferring Hotel-Expedia-Guest information.We, as a facility, also have a problem because we do not receive any e-mails from the booking portal to contact the guest, which makes communication very difficult.It's a pity that no one contacted us by phone, the problem would certainly be solved.We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and wish you all the best.

The location is perfect, even if there is too few free parking spaces. Also, we lacked in small towels. ;)

Very nice hotel with a walking distance to Main Street. Only one negative is that the cleaners coming very early to clean other rooms and hallway they’re so loud, chatting and do not care about the guests sleeping.

not easy to check in
one room got checked in early other could not
and later trying to check in place had wrong phone number that just goes to menu no live person
not helpful when it is late in the day and you want to be able to get into your room
also noisy form outside noise
room needs dark curtains not whit ones that let so much light in
etter sleep when dark and quiet

Dear Guest,Check-in is from 4 pm. If the room is ready earlier, we send instructions with codes for self check-in.You received the manual from us at 2.32 pm, it was enough to read it in time and read the manual, which also includes 2 phone numbers. The first is the general helpline (and it's written), the second is the Reception number, which works online from 9am to 8pm. You obviously didn't read the information and called the automated hotline.As for the curtains, you are indeed right and we will change them to darker ones.We hope you enjoyed your stay at Sweet Suite despite everything. Posted 22 Apr 2023 on HotelsVery clean and overall perfect location however the pictures are very misleading, you won’t get the cushions and fancy bedding or fancy furniture so be aware but for us it for just fine.
