The staff were very friendly and helpful, spoke excellent English. The hotel was ideally located in the old town, near all the main sights and restaurants/bars. Very clean, modern hotel. Can definitely recommend

There was a mix up in the room reservation, i needed 2 single beds and what was reserved was only 1 double bed. Simon was very accommodating and helped arrange the beds — and he did this himself. Thanks!

Location was convenient but noisy due to the night club "Carpe Diem" around the corner. Stayed Friday and Saturday so was to be expected. Earbuds supplied by the hotel. Bed was very soft and uncomfortable. Stayed two nights, any more would be intolerable. The restaurant attached to the hotel was awful, very poor service (2 of us had to wait 15 minutes for our food whilst the other two already had theirs and the food wasn't much better. One of the 4 dishes was inedible, far too salty, the other dishes were below average. The kids "pizza with fruit" was OK but that was literally the only thing that was OK.

1. Awful hotel who tries to con innocent guests with ridiculous post check out charges. They tried to charge me 600PNL for a broken TV that I had no knowledge of and they had no proof of. Very odd scam to demand money.
2. Very noisy as the room was opposite a night club called Club Echo which played loud music until 4 40am both 2 nights I stayed. The hotel is aware of the issue as ear plugs were provided in the room. Such level of volumne cannot be helped by ear plugs.
I do NOT recommend this hotel.

Dear Jungeun, upon your check-out we found broken TV in your room. We tried calling you to explain the situation however your number was not available. Accordingly to our rules we charge the guests for caused damage. We also contacted your booking operator to pass them pictures of broken TV and try to explain the situation. We are sorry about the noise, as you reported it during your stay we took all the measurements to make sure it gets minimalized,

The Liberum Hotel is in a prime location for visiting all of the Gdańsk area
The staff were wonderful and the food at every meal was amazing, the room and shower were first class, there is nothing negative I can say
If you’re going to Gdańsk, book the Liberum Hotel, you will not be disappointed

I stayed there for three nights at the highest level on the fourth floor, and it was so noisy until 1-2 am for all three nights!! People were talking, laughing loudly, and having fun in the restaurant below!!! There was a pair of earplugs on the room table, so it has been an issue for a long time.

We’re a family of eight persons with four different rooms. All of us were very pleased by the stay.
Two children under 3 years and the rest adults.
The breakfast was the best we’ve ever have had and we would recommend that. The people who worked at the hotel and restaurant were very nice and helpful.
Nothing to complain about!
Close to the “town”, close to the big mall and easy to find the way to Sopot by train.
