We had high expectations following the great reviews but we were blown away by the friendliness of staff from concierge to housekeeping, all welcomed us with a smile. We booked a superior room and were upgraded on arrival which was a delightful treat.
We did not include breakfast as we travelling early for the Zamek w Melbork parkrun to chase the Z. We were able to grab breakfast the following day with no problems at all. There was a good selection to suit all tastes and the presentation for clean and tidy.
Gdansk is beautiful, clean, welcoming with plenty to do and see. I would recommend this city for a weekend break and arrange with the hotel for airport transfers as they were very reasonable (compared to London!)

Hotel Gdańsk was perfect for our party. Located in a quiet area. Gorgeous rooms; fabulous breakfast and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The old town was easily accessible and everything was within walking distance. I would definitely go back. Highly recommend

We were able to check into our room on arrival at 10am, which is rare. Allisi, on reception couldn't have been any more helpful on check in or with helping us with directions he was very patient and informative. They also , after a 3 night stay, let us keep the room fir a couple of extra hours. I have bever had this level of service before, it was exceptional. We also had a full body massage in the hotel, it took 60 minutes and is highly recommended.

The hotel is pefectly situated on the marina and the staff were very helpful and accomodating. I would stay here again without question.
