We had a fantastic five-night stay here. Despite initial worries due to some reviews, our check-in experience was smooth, with staff being very friendly and helpful. The room was spotless, and the bar and restaurant, though quiet, had plenty of offerings. The location, while in a "quiet" part of town, felt safe and was just as convenient as the other Grano hotel nearby. The only minor complaints were the dated shower with a detachable head, which wasn't the most comfortable, and the WiFi, which didn't reconnect automatically. Additionally, our room thermostat didn't seem to work properly, and despite reporting it, the issue wasn't resolved. However, these were small inconveniences in an otherwise great stay. We'd definitely visit again.
