Perfect location, amazing view from the windows and generally all you need for a city stay

The hotel is one step above a dump. Where do I start? The AC doesn't work. The TV doesn't work. The hair dryer is broken. No power outlets in the bathroom. The rain shower head is broken, the hand-held shower head holder is broken, the shower drain cap is broken, there's a weird humming noise coming from the vent/speaker whatever the heck that thing is. The mattress is ridiculously uncomfortable, so I ended up with horrible back pain. The room cleaners came in without knocking, and after asking them to come back, they never did. The front desk staff are nice and helpful and the location is good, but sadly these are the only redeeming qualities. For the price, I could have stayed at a much better place.

Beside the convenient location, I cannot think of anything that makes feel that the hotel can live upto a four star status. The staff did no greetings and did not even respond to our greetings. They put us in a room that is somehow made into twin beds room. One bed is totally on the side of the wall. One sleeping on that bed will easily hit their legs and arms on th conceret wall. Shock one was that the room was half the size of the room they showed online. Shock two was that the beds, duvet, pilow case, towel, everything collected a significant amount of dust showing there was no cleaning of them for days. We were too tired the night we arrived and sleept on the beds and we had severe skin irritation and allergic reaction.
After notifying the reception and returning to the room we could easily see that they did not change anything. Perhaps the housekeeping swept the sheets and changes nothing two towels. We requested new sheets and other covers. They ignored the request. The AC was not working. However, they fixed that.
Staff's behavior showed clear sign of racism and their discomfort in serving someone from Indian ethnicity, except for those young ladies serving coffee at breakfast.

This is not reflective of the service we aim to provide, and we will take steps to address these shortcomings with our staff.Once again, we apologize for the negative experience you had and appreciate your feedback, which helps us improve our services.
