"Could not recommend this place more! We will definitely be going back. The staff was phenomenal, when we arrived we were greeted by a concierge who took our bags inside/to our rooms and made us a mimosa while we filled out our check in details. "First impressions was entering reception with an angry customer wanting to speak to the manager. Upon entering the room without any help by the staff the floor was dirty, the balcony furniture had to be cleaned, the Televisions did not work and the remote was held together with sticky tape, the bathroom basin leaked onto the floor and your feet and so on.
