This property needs to be shut down!! That’s all that needs to be said. I’ve been lied to from “management” about who is the “manager” in attempt to hide themselves from resolving the issues while staying here. I have pictures, videos of proof as well as other guest complaints. Everyone needs to be aware to not stay here and I will not stop until I am refunded and the property is shut down.

Rooms were dirty, no hot water to shower , coffee by front desk garbage was full at 7 am lid to garbage can was filthy, I was not empress what so ever, the up keep is terrible!

The check in was supposed to be at 3:00pm my room was ready at 8:00pm. The fridge was nasty no towels in the room I don’t recommend this hotel at all.

When I saw Wyndham as the property owner I didn’t bother to check the reviews. Huge Mistake! I can’t believe Wyndham would want their name on the building. I can’t speak poorly enough about this place. Disgusting! I can send pictures. I will be sending information to the local health department too.

Man who checked us in was unprofessional, took a good 45 minutes. He told us he had no rooms because the entire staff didnt show up. And we prepaid and did online check in to save time. Still took forever. And the wifi didnt work
