All I can think about is the cold room we are staying in. When we got here it was 63 degrees. We set the wall thermostat for 71. One hour and a half later it is now 62 degrees in the room!

We’re very sorry to hear your experience with us was dampened by a cold room! Did you bring your concern of the cold room to our desks attention to investigate and potentially resolve the issue? My inclination of what happened was our thermostats have a "Heat" and "Cool" setting; if the thermostat was not switched to the Heat setting, even with a higher temp selected the unit won't blow heat. When your travels bring you back to the Gaylord area we look forward to seeing you again.

Wonderful place to stay. Staff have been wonderful every time. Comfortable beds, great breakfast! The pool is nice and clean, and the outdoor hot tub is a bonus!
