good price but i dont like being charged for my service animal $20 a day. Im not supposed to be charged for my service animal

Comfort was just fine. I was a little disappointed in the cleanliness of some areas of the room. I usually take a bath but didn't feel the bathtub was clean enough to sit down in so just took brief showers. Some areas of the room need to be deep cleaned, sorry to say.

No breakfast no pool beds hit against metal when you sat on it very loud, however great service at desk

I was under the impression that when you reserve rooms off of Expedia and then pay Expedia as well, that there would NOT be another fee of $30/room deposit. The property was disgusting…everything about it

The TV didn't work. The beds were broken and very noisy. The hand towels had someones hair in them. The shower wall was extremely scummy and it also has little hairs on the wall. Also, the floor wasnt swept. The main issues that we had was the overall unclean room. The deposit they took when i arrived was in case the maids thought you left your room too messy. That's what the sign in the lobby says.
