The breakfast was very good. The only negative I had was they had fox news on in the breakfast area. Local news or weather channel would be better. I don't like to watch anxiety producing shows while eating.

The Inn is clean and the people who work there are very nice. Their breakfast is awesome! You are within walking distance to most everything downtown Gatlinburg.

Looking forward to visiting again after another update. Bathroom was fantastic, except water pressure in shower. The wood paneling was a bit below expectations for price. Staff was great and breakfast room very pretty.

The property is perfect if you aren't going to spend much time in your room. It's walking distance to everything downtown Gatlinburg has to offer. The lobby is super cozy, the breakfast was the best hotel breakfast we've had. The rooms were dated and the bed was so firm my back and hips were not very forgiving, but as I mentioned, if you arent wanting much time in your room and love the idea of not having to pay for parking or drive everywhere, this is the perfect place!

Thanks so much for staying with us, we greatly appreciate it. In fairness, yes our rooms are "dated" but it is by design. Our hotel is a historic property and we try very hard to keep it that way while including most of the modern day amenities. We certainly hope you will stay with us on your next visit to Gatlinburg.

Our family stayed here for the first time and absolutley loved it . Staff was super friendly , the look and feel of the hotel was like being wrapped in a warm blanket. The Complimentary breakfast is the best we've ever had! Eating breakfast with a mountain view every morning just can't be beat ! Thanks to all of the staff of the Gatlinburg Inn.

We expected an old hotel (historic, after all), but were surprised that there were so few conveniences. No microwave or refrigerator, no fans at all (a ceiling fan and a bathroom fan would have been appreciated.) The breakfast was much like I think it would be at an assisted living facility. Only fresh fruit was very green bananas. When we reported that our room hadn’t been cleaned or restocked one day, no one really cared. Just a bit disappointed, given that the price was higher than others in the area and the Expedia write-up looked good.

Thanks so much for staying with us, we greatly appreciate you. I am sorry that you were disappointed with your stay. For someone to not care that your room hadn't been cleaned is unacceptable and it will be addressed with the housekeeping department. We do offer refrigerators and microwaves in our specialty rooms and suites but available power keeps us from having them throughout the hotel. We hope to rectify that at some point. Our breakfast is usually regraded as one of the best in town, I am surprised that you didn't feel that way. Again, thanks so much for being our guest. We hope that on your next visit to Gatlinburg that you will find accommodations more to your liking.
