Stayed on the 2nd floor and one of the electrical outlets in the hallway was broken/hanging off the wall

Great lodge vibe. Fall decor on property. Huge fire pit to relax and talk. Comfortable rooms and beds. Plenty of fluffy bed pillows. Trolley stop on property.

The lamp in the room had a broken knob, the toilet seat was loose. Very loose. Cobwebs in the corners. Beds were not that comfy.

Was walkable to downtown Gatlinburg.
Room was pretty clean. It did feel damp/humid in the room however.

Blood stains on blanket. Blood stain on curtain. Blood drop is bathroom. Extremely dusty everywhere. I itched the entire time. More than a few pieces of hair in the bathroom.
