It was located right on the main street (Parkway) in Gatlinburg. So everything was within walking distance. Yet, surprisingly, there was no traffic noise in the room. Very clean room which was remodeled only a few months ago. I would defintely stay here again.

We found fungus and insects in the room. We did notify the receptionist without any success. Would not recommend this hotel for a stay to anyone.

Dear Mr. and Mrs. Bhagirath,Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear your stay was not to your satisfaction. We have checked the room and were not able to find any traces of fungus or insects in the room. Our hotel has just recently opened after an extended renovation. We have passed our health inspection before the opening and are keeping our rooms to the required standards. However we take our guest concerns and reviews very seriously and will involve our housekeeping team and management to discuss any issue. The Innkeeper on property at this time has been spoken to and will receive further training on how to handle a similar situation.We truly hope you consider us again on a future trip to Gatlinburg.

Best customer service. Staff was so welcoming and kind throughout stay. Great location the river drowned out the noise of the area. It felt like staying in a cabin. So close to all the things you’d want to see. Can’t wait to go back!

I liked the easy check in and how we were able to park 4 ft from our room. Everything was in walking distance

We greatly enjoyed hearing the river burbling over the rocks as we sat on the private balcony
